My stay at this hotel was mixed; while the location was convenient for family visits and the staff showed friendliness, the overall experience was marred by outdated facilities and disappointing dining options. The cleanliness of the rooms was questionable, and I found the amenities lacking compared to what I had expected from a so-called 'grand' hotel. Unfortunately, it didn't feel like a luxury experience, particularly given the cost.
